In December 2003, a jury in San Antonio observed the proprietor of the permanent makeup salon guilty of infecting a lady with hepatitis C through a series of contact-ups to their lip coloration. They awarded the lady greater than fifty percent one million dollars. Other approaches even now drop beneath the umbrella of natural-looking hair strokes.
